We’re creating an work environment in Tauranga that’s friendly, welcoming and open to change. One that is as diverse as it is fast expanding and changing, and where challenge and reward go hand-in-hand for our staff.

Our manner is relaxed in the workplace, and we behave more like family than co-workers. It’s a million miles away from a standard nine-to-five job in an office or industrial position. Having said that, we’re very serious about what we do and we expect you to be too.

Work Experience Placements & internships

Work experience is unpaid and can last anything from a few days to four weeks. Internships are also unpaid and are an opportunity for you to develop your skills as a dive leader in the industry without paying a full course fee.

Before you apply for either of these positions with us, you need to think carefully about why you are applying and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in the placement, as places are very limited especially during the off-season months.

Paid Employment
We offer an opportunity of a lifetime for dive instructors willing to consider developing their own business skills in the tourism industry. Earth2ocean has developed an instructor work plan that gives instructors the ability to earn as little or as much as they wish, while still maintaining their independence as instructors.
