During any sale or for any item purchased on sale, the following conditions apply:

Sale prices do not apply to secondhand, sale on behalf, or consignment stock unless specifically stated as such.
Sale prices may not apply to some items.
Sale prices do not apply to products ordered in by the customer.
Sale prices do not apply to any services, charters, hireage, or air/nitrox fills, or to any item not deemed to be sale stock by the company.
The company is not responsible for typographical errors in sale prices.

Sale Dates
Sale dates are as shown, however due to supply constraints, sale dates may be altered if deemed necessary by the company.

Returns and Refunds
Except as guaranteed by the Consumers Act, no sale item can be returned, or the price refunded. Please choose your items carefully.
Ensure you ask for and obtain a receipt for your goods, as no refund or return will be accepted without proof of purchase, deemed to be the original (not a copy) sale invoice. Invoices/receipts are NOT automatically printed, so you must ask for one.
