Pre-Shipping
Any equipment purchased on this site or in our store is thoroughly checked by our technician prior to leaving our facility. You can buy with confidence knowing that the product will perform exactly the way it should when you get it. In the unlikely event there is a problem, we'll be more than happy to set it right for you - right away!
Shipping Information
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of items. Note that shipping charges may apply to orders placed online. Items purchased online will be shipped on full payment to our NZ bank account 12-3217-0091592-00. Items purchased online will only be shipped within New Zealand, and only to a physical address (not a PO Box). Additional charges may apply to rural delivery and courier track and trace requests.
Temporarily Unavailable Goods
Some items may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand. Our staff will contact you if we are unable to deliver your purchase on time. For items which have been permanently withdrawn from supply, we will endeavour to remove them immediately from our catalog but take no responsibility for orders made before we are notified of lack of supply from our distributors.
Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns for all products within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not customised, personalised or embroidered. If your item is new, send it back whenever you choose!
Please note:
* The 30-Day Return Policy is neither a trial period nor an extension of any warranty and damage claim period.
* Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
* The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals and instructions.
* Please be careful when opening and trying your item(s) so that you can get a refund should the item not be what you imagined. It's kind of like buying a new pair of shoes - give your new pair of sneakers a good test on carpet, but once you take them on the trail, they're yours to keep!
* All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
* The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
* If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
Warranty & Damage Issues
Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at 0064 7 571 5286 or from our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange to get you a non-damaged item as quickly as possible.
Any warranty or damage issues after 30 days from delivery are handled by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer is a bit different in how they handle these issues - check the instruction manual or contact us - we'll point you in the right direction.
Price Adjustment
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise purchased on Eath2ocean.co.nz that goes on sale within 14 days of the shipping date if accompanied by the original order number. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Price Adjustment cannot be applied to promotion code price reductions.
Return Instructions:
A return address is included with your order. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of delivery).
If you are returning a product, kindly call us at 0064 7 571 5286. We will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return.
Refunds can only be issued by New Zealand cheque, internet transfer, or as a gift certificate. Typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt.
Shipping Rates:
Orders over $200 in value are free to ship in New Zealand. For orders under $200 North Island Flat Rate = $9.95, South Island Flat Rate = $14.95. Items under $200 in value will be sent via regular post unless otherwise indicated as required by the buyer in the comments section of the order. Additional charges may apply.
